The Point Commun residence is located in the Pont-Rouge neighborhood in Geneva.
Throughout the whole year, it offers high-quality mixed gender housing for students from 18 to 30 years old, of all nationalities and who are undertaking regular studies in Geneva (University, HES, ES, HEG, educational training).
Its furnished accommodation at competitive prices has been carefully designed to offer community apartments, thus promoting cohabitation and social synergy among multicultural residents.
The Point Commun is a true living space which allows its inhabitants to benefit from enriching exchanges and socialization moments in an atmosphere of united proactive cohabitation.
Besides its high-quality amenities, it has a privileged geographical situation, close to the Pont-Rouge train station.

Vision
Our vision aims at creating a friendly, serene and harmonious living space in which our residents
can thrive so as to successfully complete their studies.
With a genuine spirit of cohabitation and respect for others, we want the Point Commun to serve as a model in which each resident will find what they need to carry out their projects.

Housing
Mixed gender housing is proposed in the form of 33 shared furnished apartments of 4 or 5 bedrooms. Therefore, each resident has their own private bedroom, a bathroom to share with one of their roommates (of the same gender) and a large common room containing a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

Regular cleaning of the rooms and sheets is included in the rental fee.
In the common areas of the building, the residents have at their disposal a reception desk during the day, a co-working room, a music room, a multi-purpose room, a laundry room and bicycle storage.
On the ground floor, a restaurant offers eat-in or take away meals.

Rates & conditions
- Rates are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
- Prices are stated per month and per person in a shared apartment.
- One person only per bedroom.
- The flat rate includes regular cleaning of the room and bed sheets, rental charges, use of the wifi, as well as use of the common areas.
- The monthly fee is to be paid in advance.
- Room ratechf 750.-
- Studio ratechf 1'000.-
